Great set up...No don't like gear knob either. Doing this with my Ignis mk1 at moment, same seat configuration. My front support is going to be a square steel box section resting on and inside the front door handles. Ignis levels aren't too cooperative! Good luck, Nik.

Great little build, im going to be getting a jimny for my first car in a couple of months, and do similar mods, would like to do a lift, some all terrain tyres, some light bars, and possibly a fiew more aesthetic mods, love camping and 4x4ing so why not cross the two I will be doing a similar micro camper build, How tall are you ? Just for reference

They look like MAXIS MT BIGHORN LT235/75R15 tyres. What I would like to know is if you had to add wheel spacers between the hub and the wheel to stop the tyres rubbing on the chassis or the body work at full lock?

Daniel It would be tight but could be done. I’m 6ft and I could just stretch out. You have to remember the steering wheel on one side so that will be somthing to take in to consideration on space
Great overall, BUT! Imagine if someone hit you even lightly on parking spot while you are sleeping. that air-bag goin off might really hurt you, so i'd recommend taking fuse while setting up bed. Don't forget to put it back, safety first.
MrKosmita1 good idear and fair point. Most of the time I Use it I’m parked off road. Also I’m not sure if the airbag could go off if the keys are not in the ignition and it’s not running. But I’m not too sure?

The tyres are 235/75r15 my friend. I dont know about the lift, but i think its 2 or 3 inches.

No worries there, air-bags only work with the ignition on. It's a standard practice in all vehicles.

David Spikes just folded down not removed. By pulling the head rests off they fold down flat
