That is so cool cycling for 24 hours in one go is beyond crazy ! 9:50 I think that is a fox barking
setting the PAS to a level that tops out at a speed that's a bit lower than you can pedal manually will just keep you from dropping below that speed For example if you can pedal at 20 kph without assist and PAS 1 is 10 kph it will keep you from dropping below that
