as one of the leading band members in the videos and had done a number of these events . it is hard to keep pace with staff who don't march but also newbie cadets that aren't used to it either. and with two bands doing different playlists its a mess but the turn out makes up for it
Mainly because some of them look like they can't be bothered that's probs why it looks out of time yes some of it it's but I think some are just lazy. I'm a former air cadet that moved to the ACF
It’s probably because they are executing as eyes left. If you are cadets you know what I mean, it’s usually more difficult to stay in time when doing this!

I definitely wouldn't be allowed to parade like this in public, they must have a very relaxed group of staff there
