Ohhh I got em unlocked! good folks in the modding scene made a unlocker that lets you unlock em for PC and keep em!! there is way more then that tho alot like over 200 other stars that arent in the game are attached to that unlocker!!

@@Duo_The_Bird So look you can upload it to CC but It wont be downloadable bc it is content damaged why, because you simply are supposed to have the things on brock even his hair from winning them in my rise which you cannot bc the content is locked so its not possible only way to do it is to use the unlocker on pc and then turn it into a CAW then to get his commentary and everything you have to use cheat engine in memory viewer and paste the bytes in the exact spot brocks commentary is inside memory viewer then save the game itself so it sticks. Not possible to download off CC.

He’s in it my cousin bought the disc edition and we turned off the internet so it wouldn’t download the update. This and 3 other versions of Brock were there the patch removed him from the game. It only works with disc version before updates.
@@humbertogutierrez9300 yeah it's true. The only thing is that once you turn on the internet even with automatic updates turned off, it'll still automatically update. I don't think there's a way around it.

It's from my rise u cant actually own cowboy Brock u can only play against him in my rise.
@@romandagamer you can but for PC only and you need a cem pofo unlocker along with a custom version of cheat engine tailored specifically built for this game. Then you need to have knowledge on how to use aob's and how to change things inside the memory viewer in cheat engine. It's not that hard if you have ever done it before. You unlock Brocks aob specifically and then play one match with em and then save him to a caw slot.
