It was probably Merlin's doing, somehow sending the Artoria in Avalon to the Tsukihime Worldline since the Reverse Side exists outside of Time.
Red Arcueid DID ask her to go back to Avalon.
But I haven't done Saber's scenario yet myself so that could be wrong. Still, I'd wager Merlin or Zelretch are somehow to blame regardless.

You missed the Kouma interaction with Shiki
It's a pretty mixed bag in terms of acting. I'm not sold on some of the new VA's. Kohaku doesn't sound hyper enough and Hisui tries really hard to sound both cute and flat at the same time and doesn't quite work. Arcueid and Shiki do sound a little different too, but they've got the mood figured out, so it's a very solid take on the characters. Roa is just perfect imo. A very respectful homage to his previous incarnation. Akiha also won the VA lottery. She feels just as mature and elegant as before, but somehow her voice fits her age a little better. And as with her looks, Ciel got the biggest glow-up in terms of voice work. So yeah, solid casts, but it's still a bit of a shame we lost unique voices like Kohaku's or Hisui's, may God rest her soul.
Sadly there are a lot of English translation is not correct, one of the example is at 1:29 that when Hisui said “nesan” it means “older sister” but it just translated to Kohaku. Another horrible example is the one from Shiki that he ran away when you win. Can’t remember the full sentence for that since I’m not playing in English, but it is something like “ I don’t have time for this! (Something something)” what exactly Shiki said is “Aight! I’ll run away right now! Why would someone hanging around here for no reason?” The emotion for the official translation is just not there at all.
It's common for translations to say that "nesan" or "onii-chan" means that character's specific name since most people who are into anime already know what those words mean and personally I don't really mind them.

Prob it's just a translating thing, though on the remake Arcuied said that she was deceived by Roa giving her some kind of a will making him her 初めての人. Pretty much like Shiki does making him her soul mate (運命の人). But I may as well be wrong since translating from JPN is hard af lol.
