Hello.
During operation of the m1p, the IFAULT LED flashes. Whenever I reset it works again. After running for some tines the error comes again. Please what is the likely cause.

Fault 0 or the 0FAULT means; External error on the base unit outputs, e.g. short across the contacts, leading to a safe condition.
