    I watched this video 2 months ago. And when I first started I COULD NOT do it. Magically, just from TRYING I started getting it. Now I can do it perfectly and I can do the reverse as well. Crazy how your mind makes the connection even when it doesn’t seem like it. Thank you 🙏🏻

    Thank you for this excellent video! I love the two fingers up and down.
    When I introduce this move to new students I have them pair up and "play ping pong." They face each other and when one person's tummy is out the other is in and they have to synchronise their ins and outs 😄 This really helps gain strength and control (also a great icebreaker 😉), but explaining the up/down roll was difficult. I hope you don't mind, I am going to use the two fingers next time, thank you 💜

    So i achieved to identify the muscles and to push them out but i can't see a big difference from the neutral position. I mean i can't push my belly out (the movement isn't showing on the mirror.) Do you get what i am saying? If you get it, is there any advice you could give me?

    • @SamanthaKarimTheInnerDancer
      @SamanthaKarimTheInnerDancer  2 года назад

      keep working at it. it takes time to build up that range of motion. you can also a bigger difference by going in first then going out. Hope that helps!
