JENOPTIK-VOTAN® A Scan - Laser scoring machine for integrated airbag covers (Laser Processing)

The JENOPTIK-VOTAN® A Scan is the latest development from the perforation systems range and sets new standards: Precise breaking points in airbag covers are now created with a fast-moving laser beam on the static component.
The material removal of the JENOPTIK- VOTAN® A Scan in several cycles improves the patented procedure and also allows for the weakening of sensitive decors such as leather and foam films. Depending on the material, you can choose between an ultrashort pulse laser (UPL) or a CO2 laser. The multi cycle operation enables a reduced heat impact on the material of airbag covers and therefore increase the efficiency of the laser scoring machine.

Der JENOPTIK-VOTAN® A Scan ist die jüngste Entwicklung aus der Familie der Perforationsanlagen und setzt neue Maßstäbe: Exakte Sollbruchstellen in Airbagabdeckungen werden jetzt mit einem schnell bewegten Laserstrahl auf dem ruhenden Bauteil erzeugt.
Der Materialabtrag des JENOPTIK- VOTAN® A Scan in mehreren Zyklen verbessert das patentierte Verfahren und ermöglicht auch die Schwächung von empfindlichen Dekoren wie Leder und Schaumfolien. Je nach Material können Sie zwischen einem Ultra-Kurz-Puls (UKP)-Laser oder einem CO2-Laser wählen. Der Betrieb über mehrere Zyklen ermöglicht eine geringere Wärmeeinwirkung auf das Material von Airbagabdeckungen und erhöht somit die Effizienz der Lasernarbenmaschine.
