    Can I use aloe vera juice instead of water?

    • @LAurenrdaniels
      @LAurenrdaniels  4 года назад +2

      Yes! I would still boil 2 cups of water (step 1), but then substitute 1 cup aloe vera juice for the 1 cup of water (step 9).

    Can I just use flaxseed? That's all I have on hand.

    • @LAurenrdaniels
      @LAurenrdaniels  5 лет назад

      Sure you can! You won't get as much slip as with the marshmallow root, sea moss AND flaxseed, but it will still help.

      @@LAurenrdaniels the only thing I could really get would be flaxseed, okra and whole oats. I know some people use okra gel for detangling but I still finding a recipe.

    Technically aren’t you using 4cups of water? Usually those glass measuring cups are 2cups. I just want to make sure I don’t mess this up

    • @LAurenrdaniels
      @LAurenrdaniels  2 года назад

      Nope! 2 cups total. My measuring cup is only 1 cup
