Just wanted to wish anyone reading this The very best In Trillion folds. Love.
I'm a young farm lady from Nigeria. I uploaded some agricultural videos of late. Sending you all love and light
💓💓
Sending you love right back
This entire setup is dreamy.
I am in love. In love and falling in love everyday, every moment as I watch this❤️
Thanks for watching!
Linda, you should look into using cardboard and deep compost for making your beds. Much less weed pressure that way and weeding will be easier in the long run. Only maintenance needed is adding a 1" layer of new compost each fall and occasional weeding. Check out Charles Dowding's channel for inspiration. No dig/deep compost system would work really well for your purposes IMO.
Your farm is heaven! Thanks for the video and please make some more to keep us happy in this difficult world.🙂
We are so lucky to have such incredible folks in our community!
Indeed! :)
Linda you are doing Divine work. You are modeling to the world the gifts you were given and developing. You a Divinely conscious hard working woman. Love and blessings.
A classic dream of a homestead... an unbelievable creation and happiness of a wonderful family!
I'm so happy of this side of RUclips, Spring is coming here in France I can't wait to be back in the garden. We need this nature this feel our existence

Loved your video tour... You have come so far in your journey already!
A great overview of your flower farm...so well organised for the challeng growing conditions..the insects and very cold winter..🌹
Thank you for showing us around.
Such a beautiful farm! Love seeing a flower farm with a short season like us.
It is a beautiful farm indeed! Where are you guys located at? Growing flowers also?
@@FarmersFriend Yes, we grow flowers and vegetables. We are located in Central Oregon, zone 3.
Nice! :)
Thanks for sharing your lovely farm Linda you are amazing! Love how thoughtful you are in eliminating waste and focusing on plants that are native to our area. You encourage other newbies like me to rethink & do the same.
Thank you for the kind encouragement!
Thank you! It’s sooo much easier to grow what works in your climate. -to focus on the things that are already naturally happy there. Of course the tunnels can make a lot of things happy!!
Love it!
What a wonderful farm you have! Challenges are making you more creative on a daily basis it seems! Keep up the great work!
Glorious!!
Thank you!
I love your shed. It's totally pinterest worthy. The hanging dried flowers create so much ambiance. It's like a flower shop.
Agreed!
Thank you! We make the most of that tiny place. I may never buy another piece of bead board again, 😆but it turned out how I hoped it would.
How big is your shed? It looks just like mine, but yours seem a hit bigger. 🙂
What a beautiful farm and what a lot of work!!
It really is!
Unbelievable that you have created this amazing place…..Total respect.
I loved your idea of getting rid of weeds...👍I just love flowers
I love this farm! The environmental consciousness of Linda is inspiring. She has great ideas to help her small business grow. The sound of her voice when she mentions encroaching weeds is familiar. I've been using cardboard layers and grass clippings in my garden for years to block weeds. It's a true battle. I haven't tried burning the surface seeds in new beds though. Great idea. The double walled greenhouses are interesting. I've seen homesteader videos where they are used year round to grow and protect in all weather. I wish there was another way to do double layer besides using plastic sheeting which degrades over time.
Thanks for the comment and glad you found the video inspiring!
Thank you, gracia's...
I love the garden tour of your beautiful flower farm, Linda. Thanks so much for sharing! I hope you can give us another tour in Spring when your tulips are in bloom. I would also love to see your seeds trays and tell us what’s your favorite flowers you start from seed.🌸💚🪴

Wow, those tunnels create such amazing, strong, beautiful flowers. You have an amazing farm!! Looks like so much to keep up with, did you say you do it all with little help? I don't know how one person could keep up with so much.
How long have you been in business?
đây mới gọi là cuộc sống❤️
Agreed!
Wonderful farm! I wanna be one of those cats! ^---^
They're living the life! :D
I didn’t realize how much we were being followed until I saw the video 😆
The winters must be kind of rough up there, but the summers are incredible looking
The weather during our visit in August was perfect! But definitely colder in the winter than where we're at here in Tennessee!
Nice work space
Nice cat 🐈 😻
Nice view 🤩 sister
I like your flower ❤️❤️❤️
Always so awe inspiring and cinematically done! I get lost in the close ups of flowers dancing. Linda may I ask your favorite vessel to store fresh cut flowers?
Thanks, Nathaniel! I bet Linda will hop back on and see your question, but if not, feel free to message her directly via her instagram. (link in description)
Oh boy this makes me excited. Love this video. She has a beautiful garden. Where does she get the weed barrier? What zone is this in?
Beautiful farm. This is what I'm trying to talk my wife into letting me buy. She's not on board yet, but I'm still trying.
Мечтаю о таком месте)
Nice 👍
Thanks, Dexter!
My dream 😍😍😍
You can do it!
I just came across this video and really enjoyed it. Do you start your lisianthus or buy plugs? I just planted seeds this week, hopefully I can get them to germinate and grow to bloom stage. Your flower farm is beautiful.
Where did you guys get you shed/studio space? That's a great layout.
Nice place you got there.. 👌👍➡️🏡🇵🇭
Yes, Linda has a beautiful farm!
@@FarmersFriend i really feel her enthusiasm on planting and everything she does on her farm.. .
Lucky You..
Hey Linda.. You have really inspired me into growing flowers. We live in tropical climate< at the coast of kenya, known as mombasa.. I would be really appreciate some guidelines as to how choose the varieties for my area. we never have tems below 24 degrees celcius. love from kenya
@inkheart87 hey thankyou loads for your reply.. happy gardening..
Linda needs to have a RUclips channel. It would double her income.)))
She does actually! :)
@@FarmersFriend I couldn’t find it??!

@@FarmersFriend tell her to post videos I would follow!
Love the farm! Can you tell me more about how you put up the deer fence? I have about 4-5 acres I want to build out for flowers and vegetables to grow and sell and build a business. But need to protect against the deer!!
I'm sure Linda would be happy to fill you in on those details! The best way would probably be to message her directly on Instagram. (See link in the description) All the best to you!
Simply Beautiful - how deep is the soil in the crates which you have planted the dahlias in? We have terrible clay soil, so my tubers have rotted. Would love to try this method - thanks
Thanks, Bernadette! By my estimate I believe it was about 10-12 inches deep, but hopefully Linda can comment as well and be even more specific. :)
Can you tell me which netting you use for insects...and where I can buy them... thanks
what kind of camera do you shoot those flower shots with the color is AMAZING
Thank you! We're shooting with the Canon EOS R5. :)
5:19 is that a Tartan dahlia? wow, I`ve ordered some for this year, and cannot wait for the delivery.
It sure looks like it to me!
Dahlias in crates. Very good. How many dahlias per crates?
where do you get your square netting for the flower supports?
That is called Hortonova netting. We use it over and over again each season. I’m not sure where it came from- but you should be able to find it with a web search and the name. We buy 4ft wide rolls of it.
Whats that plant that keeps following yiu throughout the tour ? the ginger color one
Do you have a standard size bed size ? Do you use 4 rows of irrigation in all flower beds ?
Do you Do single irrigation anywhere ?
With your woodies and shrubs ....how far apart do you grow them ? And what number of irrigation tubes do you use?
Great questions! Maybe you could try reaching out to Linda directly on Instagram? I do know that her beds are 48" wide, which is typical of flower farms.
I love your garden
მაგარია! 👍👍👍
😍🤩🥰🌞💐🌿
Can you share how you developed your local market?
May have missed it---when was this filmed?
This was filmed in late summer of 2020.
How do you grow pumpkins in March. And sunflowers? Was this last fall?
This was filmed in August last year. :)
I ask God to make my way easy to i have a small farm
Hi how big is the farm (flower production)? thanks
Hopefully Linda can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think it was around an acre of actual growing space.
Our full property is about 2.5 acres.
hello where are you in upstate new york we are in carthage close to syracuse
Cool! This farm is located an half an hour outside of Lake Placid, NY
@@FarmersFriend omg so nice we have to take a drive this summer to see your farm
