Hey sebastion. Should i be wrapping my knee for squats from the begining? Just started training 2 months in but my squats lacking cause i have a knee pain. I currently box squat and feel no pain doing this but i really wanna go back to regular squatting.
Make sure you are squatting with good technique, watch another one of his videos to see how to squat properly but it could possibly be because you aren't pushing your knees outwards in line with your toes. Best of Luck!
just like Lucas said, its usually because of your technique. that and you might have to check on your ankle and hip mobility. personally for me id rather use the knee wraps just to be safe than sorry
Do you find knee sleeves better or knee wraps? I really knee-d it, perhaps you also recommend a good brand for the one of your preference?
Wraps will definitely add more to your squat but sleeves are much easier and more comfortable to put on
