I am trained by denzil and I can tell you my best moments
Once this is when I was new to kick-boxing I landed a clean turn kick on denzils pad
One thing I hate is if you mess up you would have to do 10 press ups

I was there and I trained with denzil and guy who was my other instructor helping denzil in the ring , is Tony Ahern british champion Muay Thai he was my Thai boxing instructor for many yrs
