that's a great price too! I especially like the input charging selector knob. That UPS function is also an awesome feature. You could plug your device (lets say fridge) into this and then if the power goes out you wont have to run around and get it out to plug it in cause it's already there. I do wonder though is it bad to put more than 1 UPS on a circuit? Say I have one of these on my girlfriend's dialysis machine and one on my chest freezer that share the same circuit. Will that cause any issues?
I have never tried that, but I think the circuit would be able to handle it. It depends on the size of the circuit and the load/changeover time requirements for each device you are drawing from each UPS.
After using the coupon, the transaction price is only $700, and then you can contact the manufacturer to get a 200W solar panel for free, which is still a good deal.
I have the same powerbox for almost 2 years and recently added a 2 of 200 watts solar panels (400 watts total). My question is, is it normal when gets dark it's making clicking sounds for over 5 minute? I have to unplug the solar connection in order to stop the clicking. Thank you

@@peaceofmyhearthomestead4611 I completely understand budgetary constraints! The price is around $700 with the coupon. The old version I showed was $1500 when it came out in 2022. Considerable savings considering upgrades on the new version and inflation not considered. If you’re looking for a more affordable backup power solution, a cheap 2000W gasoline generator can be had for $400-$500 but of course you always have to keep fuel on hand and maintain the generator. Not to mention the noise. If you let me know your budget and what items you would like to power, maybe I can help you choose something that can work for you!

The warranty, 12 months only, makes this a no for me, especially when the competition are offering 2 to 5 yrs.
The warranty has been extended to 5 years
