    Great video.. We've been using this collar on our dog for a few months, and it works great. We are heading out on our first camping trip with the new collar and have lost the instructions on programming it. This was very thorough and informative. I also learned we should be resetting the zone occasionally. We haven't been doing this. This could explain why it will randomly go off while he's in the house. I recommend setting up the beeping function with the shock so you're aware of it going off when it shouldn't be. He usually comes running to me whimpering to let me know, but hearing the beeper will notify you the collar is going off when it shouldn't be.
    Thank you !!

    Mine won’t turn on. When it’s plugged in the battery shows fully charged. So frustrating. I enjoyed your video. It was very helpful

      I have contacted this company before and their customer service is very good. You might want to email them and let them know what your collar is doing, maybe they can send you a replacement.

    I didn't receive a manual so I'm assuming, but want to be sure, that the plastic set of "poles" is for use on sound & vibrate and the two metal will provide shock. Thank you for the great video instruction.

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  2 года назад

      You are correct. You can turn off shock as well so that it should not work even with the metal prongs, but the plastic prongs are strictly for when you know you will no longer be using shock. Hope that helps.

    Can you do another video that shows how to put it on the collar and how to position it on the dog's neck? I think I have it on the collar correctly but how high on the neck should it sit, how snug, etc.

    Hi, I have this collar but can't seem to turn it off when pressing and holding the power button. Any ideas? Thanks

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  Год назад

      Hum. . . . I assume it is charged correct? The power button should power it alone. If you plug it in does it show that it is charged/charging (at least responding to the power cord)?

      This company has a new model that is much better than the old one. Here is a video the link to it is on the video details. This one does not show all the satellite connection info like the previous model did. ruclips.net/video/LU93RBYb6Kg/видео.html

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  Год назад +1

      This is a GPS collar, so your boundary is set via GPS. . . you don't put anything in the ground on this one.

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  2 года назад +1

      You will want to make sure you are outside. I go outside. . . . start it, it will sit and blink 00 for a few minutes, then will eventually show a few blinking lines. . . and at that point I see the number of satellites I am connected to. Make sure you are a little distance away from your house or structures because they can interfere with the signal, and don't try it indoors because you won't catch a signal. Hope that helps.

      You can not, it is just a single GPS location.

    Just got mine. The GPS works great but I can't get the shock even on level three to come out of the unit. It will beep and vibrate but it will not shock. Any suggestions?

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  2 года назад +2

      Hum, mine shocks fine. All I could recommend is to make sure it is fully charged (but that should not really matter). You might want to contract the manufacturer and see if they have any recommendations. Sorry I know that didn't help much :(.

    How do you find the saved gps locations? Are do you just reset it when you arrive back at your certain location?

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  2 года назад

      It will not show you the saved GPS location (it is basically wherever you set it). You don't have to reset it unless you want to specify a new location. For example, you set it in the middle of your backyard. Every time you turn it on after that, it will reset to that same location. However if you go to the park with your dog and want to pick a new GPS location. . . then you would need to reset and re-establish the new location. It will always lock in the the last GPS location that was set. Hope that makes sense and helps.

    I got one I think mine's 98 ft is the smallest is that from the middle side to side or all the way around

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  2 года назад +2

      Hi there, it will be from the middle to the side. Where you set your location will always be the "Center Point" then from their the barrier goes from the center to the side of the perimeter. I will usually set my center point and distance. . . . then go walk it first so I know where the barrier is and make sure it is correct, then put it on my dog. I hope that makes sense.

    • @JUMBLE2015
      @JUMBLE2015  2 года назад +1

      It still does pretty well on cloudy days. It takes a little longer to find and connect to satellites but other than that no issues.
