Oh yes, around 2010 they remastered every single episode of the series going all way the back to season 1, from the original CGI elements, in 16:9 of course. They look exactly like the original versions, just a lot sharper. It took a couple years to do them all.

I'm currently the biggest South Park fan in the world, but those earlier seasons are really hard to rewatch (I do a full rewatch of the whole series every 3 years). The current seasons are so much more entertaining with the parody and satire.
