I have no issue with the way people spend their money, which is why i subscribe, watch and enjoy luxury hauls. But after that comment about brands no longer being desirable because 'the massess can afford it'... I can't support someone that has such an elitist attitude. There's a difference between having dry humour and being classist.

And she didn't say that "I don't want something everyone is wearing" which would have perfectly fine, she said "this allows the brand to keep its reputation and not allow every single person to wear it" as if people who wear Chanel are superior somehow.

Just because it’s a luxury brand does not mean it’s classy...sometimes it’s gaudy and garish.
Everytime I watch her videos I'm thinking "money clearly can't buy class". Not only talking about what she buys, but also her personality. One comment she made in this video "when everyone is wearing something, it diminishes the quality of the brand". As if quality refers to the exclusivity and not the actual characteristics of a product. It shows that she is more about buying things to feel exclusive and show off how rich she is and doesn't care about "true quality".
What did you find gaudy and garish in this video?
@@samanthakhandaker464 I mean the point to buying brand name items.... is the because they're brand name. Exclusivity is like the main selling point. That's one of the main reason that mass majority of people would buy something brand name.
And Laili is an every day person. Tbh I don't get this trend of putting celebs/influencers on this godlike pedestal, where they're expected to be perfect, when they're just normal people, just with more money and influence.

I find when a lot of brands become "accessible" they do things for hype, I find Gucci did that and really strayed away from the brand. they still have some nice classic pieces but the newer more hype items are absolute trash.
