Found this video through the RUclips Shorts and felt immediately compelled to find the original and I've gotta say, you did not disappoint. Your compositions sounded great and your general humor as well as on-screen presence is playful and fun. As someone with ADHD the moment you started talking about turn-based games and how "they fucking suck" filled me with such a strong sense of vindication. I share your sentiment strongly with just about everything you said and it got a laugh out of me, as I have many friends that love turn based games and constantly tell me to try them to which I usually respond to them with something relatively close to your points about turn-based games. I've been recommended all types of turn-based games from things as basic as Pokemon, to Darkest Dungeon and many others. You've earned yourself a new subscriber and I'm excited to see more.

It's really interesting how certain scenes and settings just have a style of music that make the most sense. I was amazed at how similar the first two sounded (stopped to comment) and then I imagined what if every single game had Yakity Sax no matter the setting

Re: Turn based computer games... yea, they don't take full advantage of the medium, BUT... yea, they are cooler than turn based board games because they offer much easier way to play essentially the same game such as automated calculations and cool animations.
Nah man, turn based videogames are not in any way cooler or more fun that playing a good ol tabletop rpg which I think is the equivalent.
@@jparg5546 I guess it depends on the person then. I have played RPG for over 40 years, both table top with book rules and computer based video game RPG... and I have to say I do like both. If I had a choice between playing a custom version of Oblivion on computer, and almost any Dungeon game on table top, I would prefer the computer version of Oblivion. (But, I hear ya about table top... it is a lot of fun for group play).

Most of them do, but one that strikes a balance between turn based and skillful battles is the Mario and Luigi RPG series
Where instead of just pressing a button and stuff happens, you have specific inputs to do more damage and special moves with unique ways to deal more damage
Not to mention the enemy attacking, in the games, you can dodge enemy attacks, to the point where you can go pretty much the entire game without taking damage if you are skilled enough, not to mention controlling two characters at once!
I miss that series man…

Not just sax, but you can set it trombone and a couple other wind and brass instrument fingering as well!
I saved up and it's worth it. You can choose from 6 fingering types, the default is awesome if you've never played a wind instrument before. Putting it into pedals is AWESOME TIMES

I feel like it makes sense at your left hand is farther away when you play the harp, so it should be "farther away" (i.e. lower) on the EWI...
Then again, it's also mentioned on the first real page of the manual in "2. Hold the EWI5000 Properly"...so let's go ahead and blame Russ lol

If you liked Abzu, also try out The Pathless, also by the same developer....and the same composer. I absolutely adore the soundtrack. And I guess I would be interested in hearing the different, because they employed musicians & music I didn't expect to see there, but worked so well.
