Mild inconvenience or dangerous situation? Think about it.
@@strictlyformyninja The lesser ones or missing common courtesy or not seeing someone and all it does is keep you from merging type of thing. The ones that pose lethal consequences i can get but just move around and keep going. Car merged in front of your path? He probably didn't account for the fact you are almost double his speed and will be in overtake range by the time he finishes his leisurely lane change. Deal with it and just move around.
I mean, they might have a bad day who knows

I was wondering what the driver did wrong.. It was the biker in a merge lane and had to yield to the driver. So yes the biker was a jerk.

1:30 courtesy is somebody moving over so you aren't being blocked to a stop at the end of an on-ramp by a line of multiple vehicles. If you are merging with a single truck towing a trailer at highway speeds (especially a clapped out, raggedy rental trailer) it's courteous for YOU to slow down, merge behind them and then pass.
The one in the merge lane must slow down or speed up to safely merge into the other lane. Driver did nothing wrong.
@@StrawDragon I think you may have misread my comment. The rider is the one responsible for his merge. He could have either sped up and merged ahead of the truck or done the courteous thing which would be to slow down and merge after the truck is past the on-ramp. The driver of the truck did nothing wrong.

@@gopherchucksgamingnstuff2263 California... and pedestrians don't have the right of way for jaywalking or crossing on a red. Yes a motorist must still be careful, but that doesn't mean they are "allowed".
Thay can have "right of way" on their tombstones. That's what us bikers get told when we have right of way. Only fair for peds to have it too.

Yes when some stupid guy crossed a stop sign and hit me, when I fell my phone broke from its mount and while it took me only 1 minute to stand up, they stole my phone.

1:35 No it’s not required, what is required is the rider (who is merging onto highway) to yield which there are signs posted.

I always cringe at lane splitting. You are legally required to keep clear of all vehicles, including cars changing lanes, with or without signals. Anything happens, it’s your fault. You cannot blame the car driver. I used to ride and the one thing I never did was lane splitting. Too dangerous.
In California lane splitting is 100% safe when done how the California law wants you to lane split. Basically traffic has to be stopped. I lane split and have no issues. It's pretty fun.

5:25 living in California I’ve almost been a victim and a perpetrator to this. For some reason when I started lane splitting I never focused on other motorcycles. It’s a very simple yet very ironic mistake.

Might want to brush up on traffic laws (and etiquette). Even if you have a green light, you still need to wait for the intersection to clear (those in the intersection has the right of way)

6:32 - TskTskADV, your foot being down doesn't make you next in line, it's whoever stops first at the designated crossing line and seeing as you still had a car in front of you before you would've pulled up to said line, it was most definitely the Audi's turn.
4 Way stops should not be as difficult as most people make them out to be....
lol, I figured there would at least be one person who can't clearly see that I am stopped just in front of the clearly designated stop line for the intersection, while she is still approaching hers. The car being within the intersection, while I am still stopped at the designated line, does not negate my right of way. I have clearly established myself at the appropriate point on the road and the correct sequence of events would have resulted in her continuing to wait until I have cleared the intersection.
But hey, thanks for this. I really wondered how long it would take for me to have to explain it out loud for the folks in the back.

The biker has to yield to people on the highway not the other way around. You either speed up or slow down to get in. That's no the trucks fault.

The guy at 1:36 couldn't be more wrong. He is required to yield entering a freeway. Why should the guy in a truck ...at speed...pulling a trailer need to change lanes to let you in?

If you crash your bike, don't hop up and immediately say you're okay. I broke my back and where my neck meets my skull among many many other injuries. Nothing hurt until maybe an hour after the crash. I thought I was fine too immediately after the crash. I tried to get up and a nurse who witnessed the accident made me stay down and called an ambulance. Thankfully.
Lane filtering should be forbidden for everyones sake

Hold on a minute. The second clip 0.45 that's a zebra crossing so the pedestrians have right of way over the motorbike and I know they have different rules outside the UK for them but the car regs in this clip are UK. Biker was wrong in this situation and actually speed up to try and get them. Not a nice person.

First clip - What a dummy. The pick-up entered the intersection legally and has ROW. You must allow his to complete his maneuver even though you have a green light.
