    I LOVE all your workouts, but sometimes I wake up late, unfortunately, and only have a few minutes before heading to work, these 10-20 minute workouts are perfect, so I don't feel guilty not doing anything! Thank you again!

      Thank you, Julie! I only had time to record a batch of short ones recently, and I always worry a little that folks won’t be interested in the short ones as much (though I personally love to mix and match short workouts to customize a longer one, too). This is great to hear! ❤️🙏

      @@MelanieLopezPilates Yes, I love to mix and match as well depending on my bodies needs. So recently, there was a post in one of my fb pilates groups, a newbies asked for good RUclips pilates workouts, so many comments mentioned your workouts, I'm pretty sure you were mentioned the most!!     Short good one to combine. Ended up combining with the 10 minute abs! Would love to see some more advance ~20-30 minute workouts!

    Completely agree with Julie. I was short on time today but was able to do this along with 10 min of rowing and 10 min of weights. A well rounded class to compliment others. Thanks again Melanie.

    Love your videos, Melanie! Can you do one for shoulder stability w some rotator cuff exercises??

    great work out. can i ask i have 4 black cords. when you say yellow or blue or two reds, what would i put on

      Thanks! To my understanding, the black cords on Aeropilates are about a medium resistance. So for blue or yellow (light and extra-light on my machine, respectively), you’d either want to use one black cord or swap one of your black cords out for a yellow resistance cord and use that (I have a link to this in my Amazon affiliate storefront: www.amazon.com/shop/melanielopezpilates). I think a black cord (medium) is less resistance than my red spring (heavy), so you’d probably want to use 2-3 black cords for my 2 reds, or exchange some of your black cords for the AP heavy red cord (link is also in my Amazon storefront). Hope that this helps!
