wow this definitely tugged on my heart. im 22 and was saved at 19. I was lesbian 12-19 years old then i met my husband and we got married and had a baby and Im so grateful but i definitely moved right out of high school with an ex girlfriend too and i felt so depressed and alone and i was drinking and was starting to take drugs here and there. I knew there had to be more and praise Him that there was. God bless you both!

I was in same sex relationships from 17 until 7 months ago and I am now 47. After 1 yr of recurring dreams I couldn’t ignore God anymore and ended my 3 year relationship. I am now 27:40 7 months out of the relationship and I gave my life to Christ

Advice for people believing for unbelievers:
1.) Don't Pressure them
2.)Keep them in Prayer
3.) Read them through the scriptures
4.) Love them through the process
5.) Be Companionate over them.
6.) Be Understanding: understand where they are coming from.
7.) Not Everyone's process is the same: Do not Condemn them.
8.) Be Patient with them.
9.) Give and show them Grace.
10.) Let The Holy Spirit do the work.

I love this not a lot of christians are brave enough to talk about this topic because they don't want to offend anybody and even know I understand why pastors don't want to talk about it because they don't want people to leave their church but you gotta be honest about what the bible says even if it hurts

I feel like crying as I'm watching this remembering my brother who is stuck in this lifestyle and I do believe trauma has a lot to do with this. What a powerful testimony! God was reaching you in every way. God has called me to reach rhe lgbt community. I know some people there and praying God reveals himself to them daily. 🙏
I was confused as a young child that im still trying to heal from. I used to do inappropriate things with girls around the age of 8-12 due to it also being done to me by other girls and thought at one point was i gay and heavily addicted to masturbation around this time as well. But by 12 or 13 i was freed and completely stopped. I always liked boys but dealt with so much rejection from them, I never had an attraction to girls yet i did those things in the dark. But when the behavior completely stopped at that age i was freed. I never engaged in a homosexual relationship by Gods amazing grace but im completely free from that hurt lost little girl i was. For a while i dealt with so much shame from the past. It was alot of confusion and perversion that definitely was generational. Now God is using me to minister, evangelize, and yes reach the lost including the lgbt community.
Yessss wait on the Lord. God will keep you. I been single my whole life never been in a real relationship and im gonna be 30. Alot of trauma but i believe it was divine im still single. I know there is a husband for me, but for the time being, im sitting here chilling and growing with Jesus! It aint always easy lol😅 but God has been amazing! Pray for me that i can fully embrace this calling of mine and be parient with people.
I also know firsthand about people pushing away from God when we force. I would pull and pull at them. But I've learned to be patient and gracious towards them and LOVE them well. And of course be honest. It took me awhhile to get it. But now i get it.

What exactly did God reveal to you? Cause being gay is not considered a sin. I am in a same sex marriage with kids and I never felt lost nor did I do drugs. The girl in the testimony probably never was gay, so God just wanted her to be her authentic self. I am from Germany and the Lutheran church doesn't condemn any kind of consensuel love. We also have a lot of gay pastors and you can get married AT church as a same sex couple. There are also a lot of ressources that explain the passages in the bible that some christians use to condemn homosexuality. They do not refer to consensual same sex relationships. Please do your research. I am sorry, but what you say makes no sense to me. Just let the LGBT community live their life, we don't tell you that your lifestyle is wrong either. God is all about love. Treat your neighbour the way you want to be treated by others. You also find a lot a lot of NDE experiences from gay people who went to heaven here on RUclips. Please don't be so close minded. I am a married adult and very very close with my mom. They profess to believe in Jesus. A friend recently brought up 1 cor 5 and told me that the Bible commands me to confront them to say either they turn away from God or repent, and cut off relationship until they either repent of admit they are not believers. I feel like this will be very destructive. But I also feel God may be asking me to do this. I wept all day yesterday. What do you think?

Continue to pray for them Mama. My older sister was delivered from it. My older brother is still living in it. I have struggled with it but chose to live a straight life. I still do to this day. I'm praying for the day were i don't have to suppress these feelings and for them to completely just go away but i just remind myself for now i am not who my feelings say i am I am who "God says i am". I have a husband and 3 kids long story short. I'd watch my parents at the age of 11-12 well mainly my dad. Praying for hours on his knees every single morning crying out to God and Jesus and Mary and everyone else in the bible he could name to deliver my sister and brother. He would tell them the truth yous are going to hell living that lifestyle when they would ask him why he was upset at them. I would get so upset at him cause it would upset my siblings but what they didn't see when they ran away from home. Is how sincerely concerned our father is about that lifestyle cause he knows the truth. I'd watch him cry and cry and pray and pray for hours he would even go outside and talk to his garden where he felt closer to God. Now i think i was meant to see my dad doing that cause in him doing that. He saved me and im now just realising that. Don't give up Mama ❤

Dude here! I remember getting uncomfortable around lesbian and bisexual women bc of their spirits and whatnot. Also bc some joked about “turning so and so out”. And it lead me to be a bit bigoted. However I didn’t want to dislike anyone and asked God to teach me how to Love. He did just that! He sent one of my best friends (lesbian women, who is learning about the Gospel) for a reason. Out of all my friends, me and her were the closest. There were times she was more trustworthy than other Christians I know. Then I met the rest of her friends and realized I generalized a group of people. I repented and asked for forgiveness because God didn’t just sent Jesus for the Righteous, but for the sinners also.
Dude, the joke about "turning out" straight women is the one that rips at the fabric of my soul, because it happens to so many women who are preyed upon by those like that, especially aftera breakup or at a low point, and then it just ruins them forever.

I’m praying that these straight girls will fight back, bc it’s ruining them and who they are. Believe it or not, most have huge regrets when they do it with the same gender. I am a straight, my whole life , I always feel romantically and sexually attracted to girls. I have no interest in my same sex , unless you consider platonic friends. I wasted my 17 year in porn, it's side effect still haunts me , in fact it cause HOCD , I felt I am screwed, being a straight person , and thinking , am I gay , I am doomed . I wanted to build my own family , my wife ,my own kids. But this ocd , screwed my identity, I had random disgusting sexual thoughts in head . I waked up every 3 am , at night , feel divested, if there is no girl love me. From my heart , I knew I am straight, but OCD was still so real , I felt hopeless. But I can tell you , everything is possible when , you take God's word , over your own logic . I read bible daily , I stopped porn 5 months back , still those visual images comes in my mind , but I don't watch anymore . I still have that ocd , but it's effect has reduced a lot. Now I focus to make my relationship with christ better , nothing else more important than that. Neither I will do any sexual sin in my life , which hurts my father . No matter what. He loves us , always loves us , there is no love bigger than Father's love.
@@SDRickyIt is true that God can heal you if you seek him out diligently, but even as you note, the past does not ever go away, and those thoughts are not completely erased -- it's the same for the poeple who get lured "across the tracks", they will forever have those feelings and thoughts and must spend the rest of their life battling them to stay pure in the Holy Spirit, but very few of them actually do.

wow what a testimony! praise our God 🙏🏼 I am praying for you Lupe that God continues to heal you and encourages you ☺️ I wondered if you ever heard of pure OCD? some of those intrusive thoughts and black and white thinking can be a sign of this. I noticed you also said you had a lot of obsessive thinking. When God revealed to me that I had been dealing with OCD for many years a veil fell off and he began to heal me and provide me resources to understand PureO and to overcome it. Might be just an idea to look into as it may bring revelation about your past and why you went through some of the scary thoughts you did and also help you understand how to deal with it if it ever still bothers you. God is really the greatest healer and does things in mysterious ways. He is such a good God for healing me from this. Sending lots of love
