Sanders: Your figures are 375 square meters at € 55,000 Euros per square meter. 1) This comes to € 20, 625, 000. 2) With the current exchange rate, THAT is U.S. $ 22, 131 656 for an apartment that is approximately U.S. 4,035 square feet. Is this correct ? Seriously, we DO enjoy your real estate films. They are very professional and dignified presentations of the properties that you and your colleagues represent. ). Antoine
Thanks, Antoine, for watching and commenting. And your calculations are very close to the actual price. It's just over 20 million Euros. I am in Monaco now, and new videos are coming soon!
@@sanderrecommends I just came home from Monaco two weeks ago. I spent eight days there.I had NO idea it was so "hilly" and the roads were built "on top" of each other. I am so grateful I took buses everywhere and did not walk the entire Principality. :) From one end to the other...from the cemetery to "Gruber's Burgers", etc. I won't lie...the single nicest area was Fontvielle, where I spent a great deal of time with acquaintances. I DID spend a great deal of time at Larvotto Beach. As you know, many citizens and "residents" go there, as well. I must "giggle" when I tell y0u that those who have "residency" WERE willing to "talk" and both seriously and comically told of what "really happens" in the Principality. :) Those with whom I spoke DID confirm my "summations" about what went on "behind the glitz and glamour" image. :) At Larvotto Beach I met a woman in her early 70's who is originally from Switzerland. She told me she had lived there 34 years. I asked her, "Was it difficult to adjust to the social environment and the 'Politics' " She smiled and said, "The first 25 years were very difficult....but after my husband died, the past 9 years have been considerably easier". :) :) And we just smiled at each other. All over the community I asked people "for directions", even though I knew EXACTLY where I was going. :). Especially, if they were "walking a dog", which showed that they lived there. The truth is that every single one of them was very nice and happy to have a conversation for 10 or 20 minutes. They really are that "calm". And, they should be...Monaco IS "The Safest Place on Earth". :) I look forward to more films. :) Antoine
@@globalonemusic2381 Dear Antoine, Many thanks for your comment, and glad you had such a great experience in Monaco. I also admire Fontvielle and lived there when I was a resident of Monaco. I will do my best to publish more videos about Monaco and film interviews with its residents.
@@sanderrecommends I have acquaintances who have a real estate office in Fontvielle. They live in Cap d Ail, next door. It is amazing that all one has to do is drive three blocks into Cap d'Ail and the rents are "Middle Class American" or British of about $ 750. to $ 1,500 per month.....depending on what someone wants. The films are terrific. I look forward to the next one. :) Antoine
beautiful you could film some videos about the daily life in Monaco ,such as the shopping malls, restaurants, transport system, show these in videos CAN make us have a deep understand and knowing

Beautiful. Probably the only thing I would change, is that the neighbors are way too close. Not a lot of privacy. I do have a question though.... you go down to the bedrooms, which is fine, not usual, however a common way of taking advantage of views and space, however there is no way to access the bedrooms from the entrace? Do you have to go up to the livingroom to go back down to the street level? Or is there a door we did not see in the foyer?
Thanks for watching and commenting. The apartment has two entrances and also internal stairs connecting two floors. The lift goes to both floors as well.
Yes, that's right. That's why the last flat was on the market for a long time. It's not easy to sell at that price. But the villa has its own charm. And sooner or later everything sells in Monaco.
No doubt. Not only are they finished, but people have been living there for years. However, I'm not quite sure if the penthouse was finally sold and for how much.
@@sanderrecommends I am asking because I never seen a presentation on RUclips, I wander how much one of those apartments costs. My ex team worked on those apartments, a few years ago.
There are offers on the internet for apartments for sale and rent in the Odeon. Usually, the price is on request. Rents are openly priced at an average of 30,000-40,000 for a 3-bedroom flat. The selling price will depend on the size and interior. Easily around 20 mln Euro.
What view 😂nothing but block after block of other building that are taller, I bet this is apartment is outrageous high in price try to use words like villa to give people the illusion they are getting something special when in fact they are purchasing a glorified flat, it's amazing how the rich can be so gullible perfect example of a fool & his money.
21 million , sorry this is not worth 21 million. Just outside Monaco, you would get a big villa with landscaped gardens and swimming pools for that price.
The architecture of Monaco resembles concrete Soviet cities. I guess 90% should be bulldozed and rebuilt with the style of the remaining 10%. Monaco might be filthy rich but pretty it is not.
I would call Monaco's architecture eclectic. A lot of old houses, heritage from the 70s and 80s, and new modern buildings. Given the size of the state, its steep mountainous situation, population density, ambition and undercurrents and interests, they're doing great.
I would like to see where skydivers live, and whats his/her definition of beauty. Monaco is gorgeous and price are 55k per sqm, its fact. Random villagers advice worth 3 , fifty pence. Watching From Philippines🇵🇭
Unlike others, i like a home that is not staged. Let me imagine it with my stuff, the little things i want. Open spaces engage the imagination
Yes, that's a good point. But, unfortunately, often, it's the other way around. People need furniture to understand how they can decorate the space.

It’s a lot of money but I’m assuming prices will only go up in Monaco so you won’t be losing money. Really gorgeous property, those views… wow 🤩
Sergey, where is the staging? The high-price property is loses a lot without staging.
Actually it is a regular apartment in Monaco ;) plus a lot of restrictions for filming in the Principality. We had to be very careful.

No really. It is far from being affordable. You can still find a small apartment in Monaco for 1-3 mln.
