I am very impressed by your understanding and your technology that addresses accurate indoor location reporting.

Juniper - Mist Wireless is the leader in location services space, 1-3m indoor accuracy built into the AP without any overlay technology. APs have a patented BLE Array and have been shipping since 2016. Don't know how well a strategy for GPS indoors will be for many of its consumers and 6E AP's are only certified for indoor use currently.

@@opusm3 So you have less than half the story there... you should go back and listen again. The Mist BLE solution relies on a very dense deployment of AP's .. also you still have to plot things to a map/floorplan, which changes (AP locations and floorplans/partitioning change) and is incompatible with other maps Placement of AP's will be manual and thereby not accurate or automated and is dependent on your maps.floorplans and manual plotting.
What was being explained here was the automatic standardization to 'already used' metrics and maps/floorplans (Exactly the same is used in GoogleMaps and Apple maps) based on longitude and latitude along with automatic updating to make sure that with no additional density of equipment or changes over time the location service will NOT be affected. In fact seemless location can be proivided as end users walk into buildings (Which have their floor plans uploaded (like most places have already done to Google or Apple) to a maps app or 3rd party app)
Moreover the standardized location data will be available for use via apps created by third parties.. i mean the leap forward here is immense and the benefits are too.
