🙏🙏🙏 Sir what will be the equity vehicle mf or share? If mf what type?
For retirement, multiple sources of income are must. Rental income, FD income, Mutual Fund SWP income (4% rule), personal professional income like teaching or some consultancy - all out together. I manage my expenses (I am 79) from rental incomes and FD incomes. Leaves my stocks and mutual funds to grow. Thank you for your video on this very important subject.
Correct , so most of your income comes from Rental maybe 70-80% and FD could be rest , no one tells you that the rental income is the best to beat inflation . Also just to share i opened my gmail from 2010 where i had asked for suggestions to have a corpus and many classmates/friends said 2 cr could be good to have but see whats the value of 1 Cr today , so never assume and keep your aspirations low and savings/investments high when close to 60.
@@zipkodimagine investing the corpus spent on flat in equities, the returns are multiples of current rental incomes
Why not invest in an aggressive hybrid fund and have a SWP of 6% pa (0.5% pm). The fund would grow at around 8-10%pa. Reset SWP every year or when needed to 0.5%pm of year opening corpus value. This will also take care of inflation.
Excellent presentation …. Summarise in very simplistic manner …,
Thanks Mr Dhirendra 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏
You're most welcome
Learn stock market. Learn the momentum trading art . With 25lac through swing trading in large caps you can earn 50k per month. Rest 25lac you can keep at 7per cent fd . You will get 14k per month. Total 64000per month . Then do some freelancing in yiur chosen field and use whatever you earn in savings in mutual funds. That amount will take care of inflation 10year hence.
Dhirendra Sir,
Request to make these recordings in the form of blogs. Your team can do that. It will be very useful for those who wish to refer it.
very balanced n good income
plan, thanks a lot

excellent video 🎉🎉 love from Odisha❤❤
I'm an ardent follower and fan of Value Research. What's better for long term (more than 7 years) growth flexi/multi/large/ cap funds or NPS Tier-2 account with maximum equity ratio in view of risks and expense ratio?
How to invest 25% in equity with your post retirement corpus, lumpsum or how much sip over how many months??
Thanks for the video, it was imformative.
Very low sound. Keep it high while recording please. It fails the very purpose and tests viewer's patience. Improve on this matter.
The sound recordings were horribly poor. Almost nothing was audible. It never happened before like this. Please improve.
Yesss

Always your wisdom...how can your advice can be different every time... You're wise and consistent.
In this example there's a market correction in Year 3/4. If that correction had come in first year would the investor be able to withdraw at least 3 lacs/year in the initial years and still have growth in the portfolio? He should always take a worst possible scenario and show the results.
Volume is low. Please check your audio settings.
Audio is ok
Mr Dhirendra …. Please highlight Equity portion investment options for retiree …. should it be low cost direct large cap Index funds or others.
Very informative, thank you sir
Very useful information.
He talks more but less action oriented. He should have given real time example of how to invest 50 lakhs and how much they have grown. Repeating the same word debts should be restricted.
Ha that's if younoay his fee
Typo sorry pay his fee
These ambiguous lectures by Dhirendra hardly helps. He should clearly say pay fee of a portfolio planner and work with him to get desired results
When he don't know, how he will tell
You can become a paid member of value research.
Thankyou sir for the good video.

Fd is always taxable even if interest is just added and not drawn.
So the return is 4-5 percent max
Equity is ultimate for good players
hmm.. multi asset strategy
Sound too low
Horrible sound recording
I am 78 and wish to inform all retailers not to believe RUclips advisers
I have developed my own method of option trading which I cannot tell.Nobody will reveal their plans
One has to lose a few times and know where one has gone wrong
Specially on stock option trading one should know the behaviour of the company options
For example I have found Apollo hospitals is all sound and fury signifying nothing.Onr can make good money from this stock. The stock will go sky high without support and on expiry fall to ground. This I have seen
Many stocks are like that.
For trading in stock options one should have good liquid cash as reserve specially if one has shorted . Because the margin requirements increased fast and one must add the trading account.Near expiry the
price comes down so also margin requirements
Very informative for rebalancing
Glad you liked it
voice is bit low. u r not audible
Background music is irritating.
Sir, you give so much advices but I hardly seen you on speaking ABSL MF's poor performances since last few years. Please try to be honest sometimes.
