That chapel-like structure looks like the perfect venue for a very small, intimate, private wedding. The reception could be hosted in and/or outside the house without having to leave the place!
The proper way to call the architectural design of this house is Spanish Colonial Revival. Usually bungalow, white walls incorporating wood elements and iron grills but with modern floor plan. Medyo inconsistent lang yung Corinthian (or Ionic?) Greek pillars sa Foyer. But all good. Nice design.
lol! it is so obvious that they went for Spanish *baroque* architecture. Sobrang give away na yung tiny chapel, cathedral doors, lighting fixtures, crucifixes, and take note,those are CORINTHIAN order column not ionic!! mema ka lang😂
this house has so much character!!! I love it. and I can imagine myself and my parents growing so many veggies and fruit bearing trees on the land. such a beautiful retreat.

I love this Spanish style house! The half hectare manicured grounds is amazing. The colored tiles in the wine room is an excellent touch. The Roman columns in the main room seems out of place though. I guess, it’s easy enough to redo.
