  • The once thriving Senegalese film industry has been in disarray since the 1980s. But now there's moves to boost the industry through government funding. Kemtiyu, a new feature film based on Cheikh Anta Diop, has benefitted from the fund.Diop was a scientist, researcher, antropologist and political activist, involved in a movement to help free Senagal from French colonisation

Hats off to the great African men who have graced the world with their great minds. The likes of Prof. John Henrik Clarke,Prof. Ivan Van Sertima, Prof Cheikh Anta Diop, Prof. Josef Ben Jochannan and many many others. They have researched and proved that we coloured/ black people are not at the bottom but we are at the top of the ladder and not the Whites..A must read books, "African Origins of Civilization" by Cheikh Anta Diop.."Worlds' Great Man of Color" by J.A Rogers.."Black Man of the Nile & Family" by Josef Ben Jochannan.."African Glory" by J.C de Graft-Johnson.

Herodotus said that the ancient Egyptian had blk skin and woolly hair.

Why do these Egyptian mummies show straight hair and not wooly hair like most Nubian hair of that time?

@@CrowdPleeza I've seen plenty of woolly haired mummies, plus davidian blks have refiner features and curly hair. Furthermore racist egyptologist go out of their way to find foreign look mummies amongst the native ancient Egyptian. Also the embalming process and other factors curl up hair also.

@@CrowdPleeza also the ancient Egyptian were fun of wearing elaborate wigs that look African in texture, it would be bizarre for a indo European or an asiatic to do so. Rethink this

Those two Egyptian mummies show straight hair. Are you saying those are wigs? If most ancient Egyptians were wooly haired Black Africans then why the straight hair for wigs? What was their reference for straight hair?

    • @joethekinghawk7514

@@CrowdPleeza do you hear yourself, those two Egyptian mummies have straight hair, sir straight hair isnt a sign of whiteness nor asiatic, some blks have what we would call (straight hair and European features- we are all humanity acts 17 kjv), the davidians of India and some east Africans have the darkest skin and the straights hair. Furthermore most people in ancient Egypt weren't mummified and foreigners paid ancient Egypt many visits, however the ancient Greeks herodotus and others said that the ancient Egyptian of their day had blk skin and woolly hair (500 BC). Even in Roman times the report was that most people in Egypt were brown and dark brown (40 ad), sounds like a typical blk nation to me.
