Blade 2 is dope! One of the best comic book films EVER. Most vampires in this universe aren't much stronger than regular humans. Peak human at best. But Blade is among some of, if not the, strongest vampires. But I really love how Nomak was still a huge threat to Blade in the finale. One of the reapers casually broke one of the vampires wrist, and tore another one's limbs off, yet Blade is going toe to toe with the carrier who is far stronger than everyone else. One of my favorite fights ever!
A far superior sequel. Bigger, stronger, faster, sharper. I wish Guillermo deltoro would come back to Marvel characters. Love to see him do something with x-men or maybe Midnight Sons

I'm not going to tell you to not watch the third Blade movie and I'm not going to try speaking for the others that don't like it. I'll tell you why I didn't like it. No spoilers: For some odd reason the director of the third Blade movie decided to change the whole tone of this universe from an action-horror to an action-comedy. The first film had one character ( maybe two) play the comic relief. Not overshadowing the seriousness of the movie. The second movie only had comic relief in the form of Blade and Reinhardt disgust for each other. For the third movie, for some reason, the director had at least five characters providing comic relief throughout the movie. Killing the tone the previous films worked hard to create. Sabotaging imo what could of been a very good trilogy. I understand why some that like the third film think that way. Because that's the first film of this trilogy that they saw growing up. But as someone that watched this trilogy from the beginning, the third film is a huge departure in tone from the first two movies.

People who traded their fortune and lands to Dracula for the promise of eternal life. But the good folks who are truly into the Vamp Legends may be able to provide you guys with a great deal more details than I can offer. I just watch a lot of these types of movies while others have delved into their books and folklore. Not all the movies are as good as these. They do offer a deeper dive into the folklore. I recommend watching the UNDERWORLD series which is based on the War between the Vampires and Lycans = Werewolves. Godspeed ♾️

Funny story, Novak is played by my dear friend Luke Goss former popstar with his twin brother Matt in the massive 80s band "Bros". I saw this movie twice and didn't realise it was him under the makeup. In fact he was just getting into acting at this time and I told him over coffee, that this film was great. He should check it out because he'd be excellent in a role like this - nobody would expect it. 🙄 He just looked at me... Didn't say a word. It's been a running joke ever since 😂😂 I did recognise him in "Hellboy 2" though! 😁🇬🇧
Yeah it might seem like The vampires in the blade movies are kinda Weak. That's because The Vampires in this universe aren't That Much Stronger than Humans that's why they've stayed hidden for so long. That's what the pure bloods in Part 1 was trying to get Frost to understand. If the humans were to find out about Them All they would have to do is Arm themselves with Silver bullets and garlic. So it's best to just stay underground and own everything.
The problem with the new superhero remakes is, they have no respect for the original content the movie that came prior or the actual comic book lore. When it comes to making these films, Disney is the most disrespectful studio. They expect people to jump on the bandwagon of their political and social crap and we’re supposed to love it. We’ve watched them do it with Marvel superheroes the Star Wars universe, and even our beloved Indiana Jones.. I would sit down and rewatch these movies which were better stories and closer to the original content time and time again then see something new. I have watched the company of Disney absolutely decimate my childhood heroes and I’m not giving them any more my money to keep doing it. So to be honest, I’m not sure I want to see remakes. I imagine it’ll be just like the Star Wars stuff they tried to release the Indiana Jones and the new Marvel stuff the term blade into a gender, confused cheerleader just not interested in watching that crap.

Silver doesnt effect Blade, so theres no reason for vampires to carry silver bullets.

That’s who Wesley wanted for blade 3 but he was busy and David S. Goyer along with Ryan Reynolds ruined the franchise.

I honestly liked blade 2. But, there is the extended version of blade trinity.
Not silver. Silver affects Werewolves. Some kind of solar-adaptive ammunition. But not silver.
In many Vampire universe's, silver also works on vampires. His sword and ammunition have to be silver.
