Loving your videos we were at Disney 2 weeks ago! I’d recommend taking the Skyliner from Epcot across to the riviera resort to look around and play lawn games, it’s so beautiful! It’s also a 2 min walk to carribean beach and there is a lovely beach which a hammock - perfect for a relax and afternoon chill!

The key to enjoying Epcot is going during a Food festival (the Flower & Garden festival is currently running) and eat food from each of the countries booths. Never eat in a restaurant in Epcot if you’re worried about prices as Disney only choose already pricey restaurants to showcase and then you pay more because they’re inside Epcot.
