Why on earth would it matter what teens of today think of an iconic actor, star, celebrity like Richard Chamberlain? Whoever posed the question to teens, of all age groups, is ridiculous and l'd have to question their motives. Somebody is obviously still jealous of this supremely talented man even though he is now 90 yrs old!

Chamberlain ha avuto una carriera ricca di personaggi dalle mille sfaccettature in cui è stato, almeno in tre o quattro opere, di una bravura insuperabile, riconosciuta anche con il Golden Globe, senza contare la sua versatilità nella musica e nella pittura. Lui è stato eccellente in tutto quello in cui si è cimentato e questo anche perché lui ha amato tantissimo il suo lavoro e nella sua biografia lo dice chiaramente che la recitazione era la sua vita. Al contrario degli adolescenti, direi che lo hanno premiato poco, meritava sicuramente un oscar alla carriera. Chi più di lui la meritava? Direi proprio nessuno al suo confronto. Richard Chamberlain è stato ed è ancora unico in tutto ed ha ancora una schiera foltissima di persone che lo amano e che lo seguono con tantissimo affetto. Questo mi sentivo di dire. Grazie ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Lo disse lui stesso, in una intervista, che ha tardato tanto a fare coming out perchè sarebbe stato estromesso immediatamente dal mondo del cinema, come infatti è avvenuto. Hollywood, con la sua patina dorata di puritanesimo, è sempre stata la peggior fogna, letamaio esistente.
I was a high school freshman and my group of friends and I instantly fell in love with "Dr. Kildare". He was so handsome. Years later when I learned he was gay, I was surprised. But his role in The Thorn Birds was fantastic.

The fact that today’s teens can’t value this actor’s talent truly doesn’t matter. I doubt any of them has sat down to watch his many different characters and took the time to realize his talent. I wish him well and thank him for allowing us to enjoy his work.

I've been a fan of Richard Chamberlain for many years. However, as much as I loved his many acting roles, it's his singing that I enjoy most of all.
I couldn't care less what teenagers think about Richard. I think he's fabulous.
