I have a boss/company owner who constantly makes bad decisions. We actively avoid doing work when he is around because we fear his advice and micromanaging. He has actually never worked a single day at his own business.
That's good, but in my case, my manager doesnt give me any directions as to what to do, so I'm perpetually feeling guilty seating down not doing anything and I've already asked him twice in the Last month what to do and was only told that he would get back to me as soon as job would be ready
