The weirdest part of Mickey still being in these Rebels reactions is that the others dont seem to want him there either, they almost always either ignore everything he says or correct him and then back down when he doubles down on whatever dumb thing he said and sometimes are clearly annoyed by what he says. I get that he is their friend and they dont want to get into a fight but it kind of feels like he isnt even invited but shows up anyways

@@AstroBoy98 Stopping a friend from murdering with his bare hands an incapacitated enemy in an ambiguously defined war situation where you really can't take a prisoner is a philosophical dilemma straight out of serious live action war movies. If this was just a "kids show" there would have just been action leading to an ambiguous explosion and this moral question would not have been referenced at all. The whole point of that story arc is they announced they were going to seek revenge but realize slaughter and murder are not really what Kanan wanted or was trying to accomplish. Mickey's point is totally backwards, this type of thing is what elevates it beyond being a simple action cartoon or kids show.

Mickey really has no grasp of "good guys" and "bad guys." Bitching about kids shows not letting the heroes commit war crimes. If it was up to him, every character would fall to the Dark Side.
Killing enemy soldiers in self defense isn’t a war crime. And they certainly don’t have the capabilities of taking prisoners. The path the show chose was very fucking stupid. I dislike Mickey on most of these reactions , but on this one issue he wasn’t wrong.
Bruh, killing an assassin isn't a war crime. It's just a part of war. If they were smart, they would've done a summary execution right then and there.

The previous episode was already painful for me knowing what was going to happen to my all time favorite Star Wars character (tied with Obi Wan), but then to get mercilessly choked out, not once, but TWICE by Rana added to the pain…But at least she said she loved us. It kinda reminded me of my first wife_ Anywho! I’m loving the REBELS reactions. This show and the Ahsoka series (REBELS season5) are my favorite Star Wars shows!!
