Thanks Sainath! We've just had quite a few storms here in Denmark, so the winch has been hard at work pulling down hanging trees. What used to be both difficult and hard work is much more fun now. It just works the little muscle bundle!!!

@@SorenSatellit Fantastic bit of kit, German so solid as a rock. I was in Sweden back in May on a log cabin building course and there was a Dane on the course. He was a straight talker and sound out. I'd love to see Denmark and meet some Danes in their own Country. I have a deep love for Scandinavia.

I think so! It's German and is sold under different labels. You can try search on one of these labels: "Nordforest Spillwinde 1800", "EDER Spillwinde ESW1800" or "Grube Spillwinde 1800". Rester en sécurité!

Hi Lanssila! Yes, it ran flawlessly for 2 months last winter!
Does ice or snow in the rope affect the friction on the drum?
Been thinking to buy one...
@@lanssila8165 I don't think so, but I haven't used it in snow yet. But in return - in a lot of rain and it didn't affect the grip on the drum ...almost the opposite!
I bought one today. Was there any oil on the box. Mine is like dripping gear oil or something?
@@lanssila8165 Yes, I was also a bit greasy, but there were no signs of a leak later! If you have to store it for a long time, then the manual says that you have to lubricate moving parts with oil ... I think that's what they did? Congratulations on the new machine ... I don't think you will be disappointed with its skills!!!!
