Snack Mix with Honey Glaze
4 Cups crispy corn squares cereal
1 1/2 Cups miniature pretzels
1 Cup walnut halves (or other nut)
1/3 Cup butter or margarine
1/4 Cup honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cereal, pretzels and nuts. Over low heat, melt butter or margarine; stir in honey. Pour over cereal mixture and toss to coat. Spread onto cookie sheet pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until glazed, stirring occasionally. Cool slightly and spread on waxed paper. Cool completely and store in container.
