I was there. I was stuck on a back road north of fort Stockton with zero visibility. I joined i10 at fort Stockton to go 10 miles to exit for alpine. The winds on the right side of the care on I10 were outrageous. My son and I are finally out of Texas in las cruces for a few days. Thx for video (Also this was cause by the same storm the killed several in Houston)
