    Hi Ying & Mark,
Excellent video. You really put an effort into the descriptions of the different textures and flavors which is really appreciated by us.
I'll pass on the feet & fluff, but I would absolutely demolish those duck dishes!
    Happy Eating.

I'm with you on the chicken feet, Mark. Many Chinese and Thai love eating it, but it's like a punishment for the western palette. That pad gra pao pet, though, looks like heaven on a plate.

Thanks Kevin Cook, yah it's not that they taste bad, there's just not much on them! That pad gra pao pet was amazing. Hope you're doing well.

I find the best way to eat chicken feet is to eat a knuckle at a time or finger at a time depending on the size. Shoving the whole thing in your mouth ends up with tiny bones and wastage. Choking hazard. I realllly want to try the catfish fluff though. Looks yummy.
Something about this video was extra good too. Probably the duck [my favourite] and the way you talked.

Absolutely! I always order the Super Ka Kai and Pa loh duck. You have to try Pla Kao Rad Prig here which is a deep fried fish with chilli sauce. I know this is a plain dish but it's quite good here since it is one of my family favorite. But I have to tell that you seem to keen on Thai food more than me as I was watching all yours videos haha. Thank you Tosh T, I'll make another video about a better one, and maybe try to try to do a recipe. It is a really good contrasting dish, when it's made well. I think the thing here is that it sat for too long, so it wasn't as crisp as it could have been. Let me know how you like it.

Oh man, I looooooove how you enjoy the food. I am from germany and I am a really big thai food fan. I found a thai restaurant here in germany that cooks very traditional. Me and my friends go there every week and we love every bit of it. Here in germany it is not usual seeing anybody enjoy their food as open as you do and it really gives me joy and encourages me to savor every bit I eat a lot more than I use to do. Good food is just the best that life has to offer, for me =) Keep up your amazing videos, you seem like such a nice person! I would love to have a meal with you :D
    Best wishes from Germany

Actually, FLOCK, is reserved for Geese, the word BROOD, or PEEP, is what you were probably thinking of for a "group" of Chickens. Tasty video bruddah Mark enjoy.

You can get fancy and say a "murder" of crows, or just say "flock" of crows. The point is that either way is correct. Peace and love.

Don't like duck since my father made me kill the duck I adopted. All dark meat. I eat dry white meat like chicken wings and of course beef. I have been eating more fish because of you. It's good. Fried on a griddle, no flour just the skin that gets crispy with salt and onions. I'm going to bed now hungry for fish. Wonderful videos, love watching you eat. Better start feeding your wife! Peace.
