  • The theory of structural dissociation proposes that patients with complex trauma-related disorders are characterized by a division of their personality into different prototypical parts.
Complex trauma can arise in any situation where you feel an ongoing sense of fear, horror, helplessness, or powerlessness over an extended period of time, with the perceived or actual inability to escape.
Structural Dissociation Theory can help you heal and integrate the parts of self that are having negative reactions.

Besides pronunciation challenges there are more inaccuracies/misinterpretations here - If you are trying to learn more about SDT or are a newly discovered 'system' or intellectually curious - be cautious here. - I can go through this with you Nomina if you like so you can do the good you are attempting with sincerity here - cheers, g (seans)
