1) to see all the devices that control wakeup
cat /proc/acpi/wakeup | grep enabled
2) script to disable devices

it says the command sudo vim does not exist and idk why. :edit so if what happened to me happens to you you have to install vim (sudo apt-get install vim) and to write quit the file you press : then in lowercase type wq.
yeah that seems correct if you don't have vim installed

My laptop after i close its lid goes to sleeping mode and does not turn on. i have to press power button and completly shut it down and then turn it back on is this solution applicable for it??? can you kindly give me you mail id i will send you a video of my error please
Same issue I'm facing man.
I have a nvidia card so I updated drivers from the additional drivers section so as of now the issue is solved. Hopefully it doesn't come back.
