I love how in almost every clip you can hear RM consistently and confidently talking in the background I hope everyone here appreciate him and how hard he works. He's non stop, always smiling and greeting others in a flurry of languages. RM is an amazing leader and deserves much more recognition for it. He must be so tired and stressed, having to do so many interviews virtually alone and yet he still continues to encourage everyone as he always has while simultaneously working at 150%. I'm so glad they all have each other to lean on, and that their foundation is so solid.
When Suga said "I still don't understand why they like us so much" ...it blows my mind when they say things like that because to all of us it's so obvious why they are so well loved and to think that they don't see it just reminds me how humble they really are and one of the reasons i am so amazed by them as a group. Sometimes i wish (even if it was for just a minute) they would all understand what makes them so special and realize they themselves (even without ARMY) are deserving of all the things they get or achieve.
Can we just appreciate the fact that yoongi didn't need to practice his English with them for the interview,👏😂 he is definitely secretly fluent in English 😂😂 And ofc Yoongi : "reactions, American's are all about reactions. " *if that wasn't the biggest savage line I've ever heard then I don't know*

I'm a new (American) fan of BTS and I watched this to understand more about them. I'm so glad I did. At least from what I've read, this performance is a landmark one of theirs, and it's clear why from the performance itself. But then to see this intimate behind the scenes of it--I can feel their nerves and their dedication to their work, as well as the respect and trust they all feel for each other, is all so clear to me. What looks so effortless from the outside is actually 7 members all working, working, madly and taking absolutely nothing for granted.
The fact that they even complained about the camera work and mic problems goes to show really how disorganised AMAs were about the kind of performance the likes of bts can bring
Anne honestly, America isn’t used to such active performances like BTS’ nowadays. People here are very vocal-oriented and thus singers are rather stationary in comparison to them. Even so, yeah, the AMAs could’ve easily done research on how they could’ve approached their camera angles and all of that, because even though BTS was really the highlight of the night nevertheless, the staff’s unprofessionalism and unpreparedness really lowered the quality of BTS’ performance of what otherwise would’ve been amazing on TV. At least American awards shows know what to expect now I guess? For next year’s shows?

It's been 4-ish years and I don't know why still can't think of them as celebrities. I find it so shocking that there are so many army's now. It's been 4-ish years and I don't know why still can't think of them as celebrities. I find it so shocking that there are so many army's now. From the start, they weren't really known but now they are huge.
I stanned from the start because they were in Jyp and i'm a jyp stan. Although after rookie king and bangtan bombs, I stanned them properly. I guess the that the thought "no one knows bts because they are in bighit" really stayed with me.
