- A classy Heavy Rain and Thunder Sounds composition combined with a 10 hours nonsense whispering sleep talk down monolog. I hope you like this little experiment of mine and can relax and sleep to my recorded nature sounds. For the animation layer I created a soothing non distracting rainstorm visual that will hopefully have an additional relaxing effect on your mind.
Please keep in mind that you may use these guided sleep ambience noise in case of insomnia or if you suffer from sleeping problems in general. It can also have a positive effect in case of tinnitus. You can also use it for meditation, yoga or if you want to erase annoying surrounding sounds.
💫 I recommend listening to the video at low volume, so you have the best relaxing feeling. Enjoy it!
