Me and my brother edit in After Effects. For this one I can't give an exact time, like draft version of "firebird" section was edited almost an year ago. And first half of "1 vs 39" was edited like 2 months ago. This whole video was made, deleted, then remade, then deleted and then finally remade. So we may have spent like over 200 hours to finally get this video out (in last 2 years). If you wanna know about exe edits, then it takes like 2-3 hours per minute. Sometimes more, sometimes less. Not because effects takes long to edit, but because it takes time to find the right meme or edit. Like something may feel right in head but after spending 30 mins implementing it, it may turn out not so good. So we have to think about the meme again.
