The fish that was 7 pounds, you mentioned you thought it was 6 pounds. That fish was soo fat that in my head I said it had to be at least 7 pounds and then you weighed it and it was 7 pounds right on the money! Beautiful fish though, well done, I definitely enjoy the bass videos the most!
I use 25lb braid for that exact reason. Those big bass like to dive into the weeds. I got 6lber last weekend fishing for Pike on a spinner bait. Caught it out of season. Your a lucky man to be able to fish for bass or season closed Nov 31 and doesn't open until the 4rt sat in April. Southern Ontario zone 16 rules suck. But I still trophy out on all or species. Man what I would do to get on your boat. Cht ya cht ya. Your my favourite RUclips fishing show. You need to start some merch. Like a CC line. Like cht ya cht ya. Ide love to buy a CC cht ya shirt!!!!

Do you catch your own shiners or buy them? Anyone in Northeast Florida sell them anymore? I know Howard at orange Springs passed and not sure if anyone sells them anymore.
You can find wild shiners just as you come into Hawthorne and there's a shop just outside of Interlochen that's the only two places I know to find them
