@@PhilWithSuper funny bro, i think you are really humild, if you read this, i am one of your first fan of your RUclips Channel, It would be an honor to make a colaborative work
Really respect to all these loads of work finished on your own. Although the craftsmanship could be better, but all the custom ideas are so impressive, I mostly like you rebuild on the original parts instead of just replacing some new stuff.
This is what i like to see, no fear, diving straight in and making something unique. I see all the imperfections, but id rather see this at a meet than a bunch of chargers that looks like they just came off the lot
Yo, props for doing everything yourself. BUT, I believe you should've redone a lot of the stuff, like the fitment of the parts is not good, all the bodywork is wavy, the clear coat is textbook definition of orange peel, AND, It seems that you took some parts to bare metal and did not use any kind of sealer, anti rust coating and/or primer - IF so, this car will rust out really quickly. ALSO, you did not weld nor used seam sealer on the rear fenders cutout, so dirt, moisture and all that will start to get trapped in there and will eat your car alive in a matter of months. Im saying this so you can work on these parts, hone your skills and get better results, sorry if im coming off as a hater or something, but honestly my man, this build is not good. I hope that you take this without any hard feelings and do work on improving, and also learn a lot and share your findings and improvements with the community. sending good vibes your way.
I really appreciate all that! Thanks for the critiques, I genuinely appreciate it. The fitment is pretty bad right now, but I needed to get to a stopping point so I wasn't too concerned about getting it really dialed in, just to a place where I could stop for a while. I did spray the bare areas with and the whole car got 3 sealer coats before I laid the base. This was only my second time painting a car, so the clear coat was incredibly awful, it sucks having to go out every day and see how bad it looks. Though if you know why I could use the help. The sealer and base laid on super smooth, but then the clear just was a mess (29 psi, 1.4 fan). And I get the quality thing. I'm always full discourser in my videos and let everyone know that it's all amature garage build by a guy who would rather have his car on the road looking 5/10 then have it sit longer and have it look better. I appreciate what you had to say!
May not look the best up close, and honestly I would love to see it done to perfection but hats off to the amount of effort you put into it. Keep it up.

Epic build for a diy garage build. Next next fill up a few buckets of water and throw them on the floor before painting so the dust sticks in the water and doesn't fly up into the paint
Mk3 Supras are slept on I couldn’t be happier that I found mine even though it’s been blown up for two years but if you want it done right it takes time I’m gonna end up with a shine auto kit on mine stock body I’m thinking
Very nice car I have the same one in red. But it is very complex, specially spread on the front and back B&M Brune. 1.99 m wide at the back. Chassis, rims, exhaust is all changed. The car drives great
This car still has a very 80s presense that cant be denied or implied its really pops out in person. This thing looks amazing. In my most honest opinion just wet sand it to get that orange peel off and that you leave the mirror finish and walla
that steering wheel work was unbelievable it has to be said, but that bodywork looked like it was sanded by bare hands and paint looked like it was applied using a turkey baster :/
When i saw you cutting the wheel arches i started to cry. But overall good job for a backyard build. Bit rough but at least you got it done. Mine has been off the road for 7 years now. 90 percent done now and i just couldn't be fucked finishing it. Now it just collects dust
Every time when putting side extensions on the fenders of the car, cutting off the metal and bending it with a hammer, then I immediately burst into tears, why is this with a cult car? Okay, you cut off the metal, but how can you treat it with special tools and paint over it so that the car does not rot in a year?
My dad had one of these mark 3 Supra’s back in the late 90s when he came to the States. It was his first car and he didn’t know when he bought it that it was going to be a fast car. When he went on a test drive, he fell in love immediately and owned the thing for 13 years before my mom told my dad to sell it. He didn’t want to but my family was slowly growing and so he sold it. I was a year and a half years old when he sold it. He was really upset at my mom about that and he didn’t forgive her for an entire year. I made a Promise that I will get him another mk3 Supra and I hope I can do it in my lifetime.
Well done man! I like the ingenuity & work you guys put into the ride. Just imagine what you guys can do with the right resources at your hands. Sky's the limit 😃😃
Personally the body lines with your wide body could line up a little better I could see a slight difference from one side to the other but was a great build for a garage and one man great job
I love the part where he said: „it’s 10 minute Supra buildin time“ and restored a whole car in 10 minutes and extra credit for the fast speeds he moves
Love the build sir! But I do have to ask, why the different side mirrors? Whatever the reason is obviously valid. These cars have a place in my heart and that wide body looks soooooo fkn good on it!
this is a really nice build. I see some very clever ideas. I just wonder ... how many man hours to complete totally, from purchase to completely done.?? Or to resell? man, he needs a work bench. Knees are getting killed.
It may not look professional but I give it A+ for Amazing effort and determination👏🏼
Things a50 footer if it's at a car show. But has to look amazing when going down the road. And for that, I say it's pretty awesome.
Videos like this make me feel like I don't even know the first thing about ACTUALLY working on cars.
Me neither man. Everything always looks better on camera
This man built a whole steering wheel

Never before have I seen someone convert a STOCK STEERING WHEEL to a flat-bottom
Looks alright at 30ft. Let's hope it's fast so you can't get any closer.
Not bad man! I must say I like what you did with the steering wheel. Now just sand the paint and give it a polish to get more shine out 😉 Good work! 👌
Absolutely! I was bummed when the clear didn't lay on well, but at least it can be sanded smooth!
@@PhilWithSuper not to worry, laying paint is an art in itself, 1500-2000 wet sand and you'll be good to go 👍🏻

My first car was an '88 but it had a targa top, is your sunroof an aftermarket top from previous owner?
