Youthful Brandon Lee... he is so charming in this pilot episode. No matter how bad the script is, I'm grateful there are so many Brandon scenes in this episode and we have this rare chance to enjoy his footage. He was wonderful and so full of life ❤

So, in the phone booth 33:10 in, the writers couldn’t create a better script than saying “Look, it’s Johnny,”, “look, this,” and “look, that’s how it is.”
He starts the sentence with “Look” 3x in one 20 second convo.
How did no one pick up on this and have him change it? This was considered a professional production back in late 80s?
One thing that will always be great…the Forever Young look of Brandon Lee.
Like his father before him, and others like James Dean, River Phoenix, Heath Ledger, etc…Brandon will never grow old.
It sort of creates a mysterious aura around him, and the fact he died in a similar way as his character he played in The Crow (on eve of marriage to love of his life, unjustly loses his life before realizing the full greatness he was capable of).
Brandon Lee was Eric Draven..and it’s sAd his masterpiece cost him his life.
I will never forget Brandon…which is why I’m here.
I’ve been a fan since 1992, when I saw Showdown in Little Tokyo as a 7-year old with my dad (don’t tell my mom, lol). I didn’t even know he was the son of Bruce at the time, just that he was the smart ass opposite Dolph. I loved Bruce. I was a huge martial arts fan. JCVD was my fave at that time (it was the JCVD, Arnold, Rambo/Rocky craze days)…but the moment I saw Showdown and then almost immediately after saw the trailer for Rapid Fire (move over van damme, seagal, the son of Bruce Lee has arrived -or somethjng like that as the tag line), I was hooked.
I almost didn’t believe he was reAlly his son, because I was 7, I didn’t understand that an Asian man could have an American looking son. Then I realized that his mom was white, and boom. But you can look at Brandon in some pics and see the resemblance to Bruce.
There’s a scene in this show where Brandon is looking down and a shadow cast in his face made him look exactly like Bruce.
    Damn…I wrote too much.
Miss you Brandon Lee. Never forgotten.
