Groundwater does replenish slowly over time, if you overload a groundwater deposit it will eventually run out, but if you don't have too many wells pumping it can be sustainable. (Hint: Use ground water deposits that are far away from your build to pump water to storage tanks where you need extra water.)
Priorities of power production are of utmost importance: When you give your main petrol (later nuclear) the highest priority, your reserve diesels will only kick in when you have a jump in demand. Steam-based power generation has a bit of inertia between a demand surge and turbines gearing up (auto-balance!). This is like a real grid: You want to use your base load energy source as much as possible. This is especially important when you have nuclear later, as nuclear will generate heat, even if there is no demand for the steam further downstream.
In case you didn't know you can dig up the ground and lay pipes and recover it with the dirt you took out. Essentialy building pipes underground. Also you can mirror building with F instead of rotating them 180.
It might be possible to feed the steam outputs of the steel cooling mashines into a steam generator as well instead of dumping it into the atmosphere via smokestacks.
The only output from the steel line is exhaust. He called it steam but it’s not. He could reclaim the steam from his turbines using a cooling tower to reduce his water consumption tho.
Haven't watched yet, but can't wait for it. Love Captain of Industry, always immediately thumbs up, even before watching. Also on a side note. It amazes me how much content you pump out Kibz. I see, you already collected a lot of new subscribers, but you deserve the 1 million! Love your content, keep it coming! 😊😊
Just an FYI about sausage which you'll probably run into in a later episode: the creation of the stuff that makes sausage also creates a ton of meat. There's no way to get rid of the meat other than to wait for your population to eat it which causes the meat to back up and halt production of your sausage. Don't expect to satiate your population's desire to eat sausage.
The big smoke stack isnt worth replacing 2 smoke stacks, its after 4. Nice builds hope you go nuts like in satisfactory. Dont forget to put your turbine's on auto balance otherwise the flywheel has no use.
Kibz, you didn't build the other three oil-products spaghetti-contraptions next to the one that's built (4:35)... Maybe you'd have more light oil at your disposal if you did have all four running.
You Can Dig And Burrie Pips Underground When Something Colapses It Turns In to Trash So When Digging Deep Underground Use Retaning Walles tTo Protecting Your Bulidings From Falling Or Colasping.
I like how I was playing the game for quite a while and ended up stopping. Then as soon as I see this video, I want to play again cause of his brilliant mind
Kibz, the power input/output of the flywheels is one-way. You need to put them in between the turbines and the generators, otherwise it's just wasting power and fuel to run them. =^x^=
Please read kibitz- you need to do you shall not pass map it has most space and resources and extra rock to fill in ocean for more space this is a must at endgame you just don’t have enough on new haven and other maps
All those "helpful" comments: hey, watch out for water etc ... are taking all the fun out of these series, because inevitable hilarious massive failure wont happen.
I dont know what you were expecting. All these automated production games are literally a ratio simulator. Too small a ratio and production slows to a crawl and everything shuts down. To big a ratio and production gets clogged up and then everything shuts down. The fun in it is figuring it out and building the spaghetti necessary to run it. Or watching someone else do it, that's also fun. And then you unlock further stuff and you need to rebalance your ratios again! So the fun begins again!

They replenish mainly by rain
I put 5 pumps on each source with a balancer between them and run a main pipe down the middle of the map.. hasn't run out yet..
Use balancers for priorities: you want to suck dry your remote water supplies first.
And bury the pipes.

This was actually fixed in today's patch, you can now transform meat to meat trimmings which sausages are made from :)
Love your content, kibz! It has really helped me through some tough times.
Hey, I work in steel manufacturing and the large molten steel container is called a "Ladle"
I'm proud of you
Great to see Captain of Industry back!!

He already is going nuts
@@seno7904 i think that already happend long before any of those games were even planned ;)
(im kidding kibitz, youre a great entertainer)
The oxygen for the oxygen furnace is blown into the molten iron to remove carbon from the iron to get the right ratio of carbon for the steel.
You need more tugboats to haul in more oil from the drilling platform.
nah, just 1 tugboat is good, you just need multiple rigs to get the full load faster
@@KG_Grandpa or upgraded rig with more shifts. currently he pumps 108 crude, but uses 216
You are not collecting enough rain water to run that oil setup. The downfall will be epic and make for great content.

all power generators, diesel or steam, have usage priority.
do you have your steam generators on higher priority than your diesel generators?
In case you didn't know, Plant Crafter got a new update for insects!
Been watching you for awhile! Very cool that you have some chill stuff on spotify as well! Nice work!
Hey Kibitz! Did you know that, steel mils are absolutely terrifying! If you wanna know why search on RUclips "steel mill wet charge" :) .
i feel like everyone put the farms in the same place on this map, and im bad at building in this game and still enjoy it
Just finished the video, very awesome. I love the steel production, very efficient.
Love the series keep it up
Power plants seem to be the bane of Kibitz’ life in games. But I love the will-power

As much as I love Satisfactory, I believe this game is way more challenging. But, if someone can deal with it... That someone is Kibitz.
Those steam-outlets; can that be used for power?
On Bigger Maps Like Curland You Need Tons More Disel. On Big Maps I Owuld Make Pure Diesel Builds.
Yay the game it back! Thanks!
We need more of this

Nice place 😎👍

You realize Storages can directly connect together right, theres no need to space them apart at all?
Aaand you should have the flywheel before the generators.
Wrong, Flywheel can be anywhere on the shaft.
Love this

Don’t worry he still hasn’t done anything to save himself from it yet 😅
If only the updated game worked like this... So much more balanced.
You Need More Steel Than Iron But For Mcanical Parts You Can Use Steel Or Iron "I Would use Iron"
G'day, hope everyone is having a great day.
i wonder why you burn stuff for Energy you can just use the steam from the Industrie to make Power thats what i do in Real life.

Thanks for making the great content!!! I love this series!
Finally!
@imaIkblitz it doesn’t matter ware you put pollution it is world wide
👍
Need water? Just cry! >:)
Hi

Please check out worker's and resources soviet republic it's a really good city building game
This game looked promising until it made the mistake of becoming another ratio simulator.
