This is an example of the main factor of what is wrong with medical negligence law. The plaintiff Lawyers trying to extract money for a case rightfully lost and trying to recoup money for the amount of time and effort placed for a law suit without merit. The error found which had nothing to do with the patients death. In fact Lovenox from what I understand would of helped with her up coming fatal heart infarction. How the nurse has any culpability is beyond me.
I had a Qoud drupple bypass surgery and the doctors Left four wires in my body and they are very painful and they don't go to anything they are so painful and I have to fail a claim for damiges I've been in pain i cant sit down only lay down and I cant go out to visit with my family because I can't sit down I'm a man and not a Robot i regior ten million dollars for damiges I've been through a lot of pain and it is taking away my right doctors are regulated to cure but to regulate you
The law is an ass. Anyone who has had the priviledge of being sued know this. You automatically loose even if you win through destruction of ones reputation (often through lies).. loss of work and legal fees. One can get thrown in jail for contempt of court for doing nothing wrong. It is an insane process. Lawyers have created cottage industies for themselves in forcing you to pay them for a trust otherwise they will nab your assets when you die. At the very least when these lawyers sue other and are clearly suing one without merrit.. we should be compensated without a trial...like in England for lost time at work and destruction of ones reputation. Maybe this would stop the leagal beagles from throwing speghetti on the wall and hoping something sticks. An interesting story my european cousin told me years ago was about a small town that underwent a revival...All the lawyers had to close up shop and left the town.

Grand jury’s are private and only used in obtaining indictments. This is an argument before an appeals court
Grand juries are only used in criminal trials. This was a civil trial, where the plaintiff was suing for damages ($).
Wow. This is a amazing concoction of a bunch of lies.. why even air this.. just keep this private.
