    Candy necklaces have been around a lot longer than the 90’s! I grew up in the 50’s/60’s and I loved them then!
    Also loved atomic fireballs! We used to get cinnamon toothpicks too! Loved them!

    The gel tube from the 90s was called hubba Bubba squeezepop, I used to be obsessed!I miss the 90s, especially the food! Butterfinger BB's too!! Skittles gum!! Kissable, Oreo cakesters! P.b. Crisps! I'm still waiting for planters to bring those back! If they can do cheeseballs they can bring those back! Lifesavers gummies! Lifesavers holes!

    We had lots of these in Australia too! I was born in '90 so this was awesome. You guys are right, "functional" candy was our trademark. I loved those whistle lollipops. My mum definitely hated them. 😂😂😂

    Necco wafers, laffy taffy, Charleston chews, cowtales, and the neopolitan coconut slices were my favorite! I also really loved the chewy runts!

    I was born in 1979. I was a teenager in the 90s. Graduated in 1998. Those strawberry grandma candies I can buy at the dollar tree and love them. Loved them then too! I also loved nerds and double bubble gum. Pop rocks were big too.

    By far my video of 2021 ladies 😂🔥😍 this took me right back. A few things that really got my nearly peeing myself... Would of loved to see what Austin did behind the camera that made Jess look like she did when having the push pop! 😂.     Wow there was so many thing i remember from my childhood 🤗❤️ i loved this video it brought back memories so much. I remember the push up and baby bottle pop, mamba and the candy necklace i really loved when i was younger. I can’t believe that there was so many things in that box that we could but in the 90’s here in Denmark 🤩👍🏻🇩🇰

    One of our favs was the zebra gum with the "tattoos" for your tongue and the most hated at grandmas was the root beer barrels. Thank you for the memories.

    Sixlets and candy necklaces go back to the 70’s😃. I remember going through the bank teller with my mom and they would give out sixlets to us. Still love them!

      I choked on one (like needed the heimlich kind of choked) when I was little and we weren't allowed to have them after that. I was definitely jealous when other people could have them lol.

    Love this box!! My husband eats Pixie Stixs with milk. He puts them in a bowl and pours some milk over them. I would make piles of the same colors in my hand and eat it. This is so cool. You girls are so great. 💙😊

    Oh and warheads and warhead extreme and fireballs also my son does the same challenges we used to do growing up with all of his friends with sour candies and super hot spicy candies And the sour and spicy do not affect him I think our taste buds just get weaker as we get older once we stop eating those candies and replace it with alcohol lol or we just stop eating them because we grew out of it

    Love this video!! My favorites growing up were Sprees, Ouch! Bubble Gum, fizzy soda candies, and the tiny candy lipstick that was just a compressed powder in a tiny colored tube. I feel like I need to order some candy now😂❤️

    Also, a lot of these "90s" candies came out in the 80s or every earlier and are still popular today. I'd like to see a video of candies that actually came out in the 90s. I think only 1 or 2 of these were actually invented and debuted in the 90s. None the less this was a fun and very nostalgic video! You ladies are pretty entertaining to watch.

    Holly the strawberry grandma's candy you love so much is just called hard candy strawberry flavored. I have a bag at home and I too really like them and remind me of being at grammas house.

    This was a fun video to watch and listen to. Was surprised there was so much sour candy and no chocolate candy. Holly your belch was a perfect “10”. I think it would be a lot of fun to do a decade box of candy from your parents’ childhoods. Maybe include each of their top three favorite candies from when they were younger.
    It would be fun to see what was popular during the early 1900’s too. Maybe just a listing of what came out each year.

    I use to eat astro pops too. I remember them going from small to big on the stick and when I found them at a local candy shop they flipped it around to where it went big to small.

    I loved shock tarts, warheads and the big league pouch bubble gum!! I recently tried zebra gum, talk about nasty gum. Also they still make a version of the ooze tube. It comes with a sucker that you can but the ooze on my 5 yr old loves them along with pez candy..

    I’m from the UK and I’m 37, I remember the chocolate cigarettes in what looked like a real cigarette box with thin chocolate sticks wrapped in white sugar paper so kids pretend to smoke with them and we had beer bottles just like a soft cola bottle but half white and half brown and they tasted like shandy I used to love them too xxxxx

    I am watching this eating a box of runts. So much nostalgia seeing those candies. I remember the chocolate called yowies (similar to kinder suprise with the toy inside) idk if that was only an Australian thing or not.

    I think y'all are missing the zebra gum (came with tongue tats), the huge jawbreakers, and actual warheads!!
    Holly, I had the ooze tube too!!! My favourite was the blue one. Although they were all good (3 flavours. Green, blue, and red). And I've actually seen them in stores, but its under a different name. You started saying it in the beginning. I think its called squeeze pop or something like that. And I LOOOOVE those strawberry candies that no one knows the name of.
    Oh! Another 90s candy that was missed (it was my FAVOURITE)!! CREME SAVERS!!!!
    And the strawberry candies that is Holly's favourite are called strawberry bon bons. I just googled it bc I didnt know the name either!:)
    Anyone else remember the spice Girls lollipops eith the stickers inside?! I STILL have some of those stickers in my memory book! I'm STILL obsessed with the spice girls! Or remember those wax lips that were sortakinda edible?

      You are the first person who remembers the spice girl lollipop, I remember getting them from the ice cream truck when I was a kid. Also loved the cream savers and the mint poppers! I wish they would bring the mints back!!

    The candy cigarettes are the most nostalgic for me!
    When Holly said that Pop Rocks reminded her of her onions sautee'ing I died laughing...speaking of Pop Rocks we let my 4 year old niece try them the other day for the first time...she just BUSTED out giggling and was shoving those things in so fast and she'd just giggle even harder.

    The artificial banana flavor was developed from an old variety of bananas called the Gros Michel. However, the Gros Michel succumbed to a fungus and ceased to be commercially produced. It was replaced by the Cavendish, which had a slightly different flavor.

    I loved this video this brings me back to my childhood my favorite candies were smarties, and my grandma used to buy me the candy necklaces and bracelets. I used to go the dime store in my small town and buy a small paper sack full of candy. I also remember loving warheads. I may have to get me a a box of this candy.

    One of my all time favorites was the spice girl suckers they were clear and in the middle was gum with the picture of one of the spice girls and and on the inside of the packaging was also a sticker of the spice girl and the cherry Laffy taffy with the candy sprinkles on them they don't make candy like they used to a lot of those candies you all ate you can still get at the dollar tree today
