are the power up moves OPTIONAL upon drawing the card or is it a MUST?
on the negative sign, do i take out 1 card out of the tile pile that has a + or do i take out the whole pile?
on the rotate card, can i rotate a tile randomly or does it still has to match color with the adjacent card?
when drawing a tile card from the pile, if there is no matching color to put on, do i re-draw and put the card on bottom, or do i just lose my turn?
