Very nice execution of Jitte. Great hip work, deep stances and great power. Seeing this kata done slow, then faster with more power is a great transition. I will watch this video again.
Impressive performance of a kata that is too often overlooked. It's an easy kata to learn, but very difficult to execute correctly. I still watch Imura's performance of Jitte for inspiration after thirty years of practicing this kata. The beauty of kata is the realization that there's always room for improvement. Your technique is amazing! Thank you for posting this.

Certamente. Il maestro Kanazawa, per esempio, usa il Mikazuki geri. Probabilmente nella sua federazione, la SKIF, si pratica così.
