Hahahaha first of all, the tray would get crushed in the first shipment. Second of all, any debris would get caught up in the rollers and prevent them from working. Third of all you now have eliminated the bunk Hope it's a direct shipment always. Totally not worth it. Just put a strap around the first skid that goes in and hook it to the forklift to drag out.

The tray would not get crushed, we are using tie-down straps attach to restraints & brackets which will hold your shipment from getting crushed. 2. Our rollers are not affected by the debris. Looks awesome and very practical. The downside is the 400 lbs of lost carry capacity
The 170 extended only has 3300 pounds of carry, your weight plus every thing else. Getting close to 2600 for my van makes me nervous tbh.
