I would try 2-3 hours on high or 3-4 on low and test the meat for doneness if not doubling. My crockpot cooks stupid fast so I always have to adjust cook times.

I double the sauce recipe for a normal size amount of meatballs because it wasn’t enough sauce for our liking.
