He’s totally with it just the off tempo in between player = amazing. I’d say his style is more appreciate in the djembe realm. As a drummer you know who wants to be the leader as well, and the main conga rhythmic dude is the beat to submit to.

Sounds racist.,,Plenty of PR folks can get down with Cuban style rumba and PR style guaguanco... Got nothing to do with race rather that these just weren't that good!
They had a hard time synchronizing tempo. The lead conga is a little over-zealous, nervous and leading too fast and fades into alternate rhythm because he's not a lead drummer.

The guy on the quinto is more traditional true Cuban style rumbero.
The other folks are more northern style McCongueros.
